Job description

In this hybrid role based at our Chicago headquarters, you'll help shape how leaders across Alliant use data to make smarter decisions, uncover opportunities, and improve member outcomes. As a strategic analytics partner, you'll combine technical expertise with business insight to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive results across the organization.

Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll leverage data to identify trends, measure performance, size opportunities, and develop compelling dashboards and visualizations that tell a meaningful story. This role goes beyond reporting; you'll help stakeholders understand what the data means, why it matters, and where to focus next.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into key performance metrics
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, define success measures, and translate data into meaningful recommendations that influence decisions
  • Transform complex analytical findings into compelling stories that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences, helping leaders understand what is happening, why it matters, and where to focus next
  • Integrate, validate, and govern data from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Support business intelligence initiatives from concept to delivery, including requirements gathering, analytical design, data pipeline development, and measuring the impact of business decisions through data-driven insights.

  • Minimum - Graduate Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Related

  • 3 Years Business Intelligence, Data Analysis including a Bachelor's Degree or 7 years without a degree

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $76,600.00 to $119,100.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
