Job description

Customer Service Representative- Arco Electric, Shelbyville IN
Do you take pride in delivering customer service excellence? Would you enjoy working in a collaborative team? Do you have experience with electrical products or agricultural technology?
If so, we want you on our team.
Arco Electric Products, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation specializing in the manufacturing of rotary phase converters, power factor correction capacitors, and bus bar assemblies.
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
In this role, you will process customer orders and requests quickly and accurately, using available resources to resolve issues efficiently.
You'll:
  • Receive and enter customer orders accurately and timely
  • Provide guidance in cross selling and upselling
  • Work effectively with vendors and management to solve problems and expedite orders
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with account managers, vendors, and automation specialists
  • Understands and applies strategies to attain desired margins percentages and dollars
  • Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • College coursework and/or 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, electrical products, or agricultural technology
  • Experience with electrical products preferred
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer contact skills
