Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams.
  • Manage offer development and negotiation in partnership with hiring managers and Human Resources.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Talent Partnership & Consultation
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Promote Mosaic Health's employer brand and value proposition in all candidate interactions.
Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage market research and sourcing tools to identify top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, corporate, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for a variety of professional-level roles.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, value-based care, health technology, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting remote and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance requirements.
  • Experience utilizing recruiting analytics and workforce planning data to inform hiring strategies.
