To thrive as an Alignment Tech, you need a solid understanding of automotive systems, mechanical aptitude, and often a high school diploma or equivalent with specialized training in wheel alignment. Familiarity with alignment machines, diagnostic software, and tools such as lifts and calibration equipment is crucial. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with customers and team members help set top performers apart.
