What is an alignment coordinator?

An Alignment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that different teams, projects, or organizational goals are working in harmony toward shared objectives. They facilitate communication, identify gaps or misalignments, and help implement strategies that bring various stakeholders into agreement. This role often involves organizing meetings, tracking progress, and developing action plans to keep everyone aligned. Alignment Coordinators are essential in complex organizations where cross-functional collaboration is key to success.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an alignment coordinator, and why are they important?
