**This is a hybrid position in Puerto Rico**
What YOU will do:
  • Offer expert knowledge in SAP in supporting break/fix tickets and questions from the business in MRO Commercial and Military Contracts Administration and Shipping.
  • Work with the digital technology team on resolving difficult and complex problems.
  • Manage projects and processes working with cross-functional teams from the business and DT to resolve complex issues in SAP or to introduce an enhancement.
  • Provide training within the team and for end users.
  • Responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating project work and ticket assignment within the team.
  • Field complex configuration management related questions from the business including the analysis of interface documents issues and master data.
  • Contribute to the development of process solutions for strategic operation improvements.
  • Create enhancement requests for the business; tasks including requirements gathering, design, test, and creation of training material.
  • Support SAP ECC and dependent system upgrades including regression testing efforts.

Qualifications YOU Must Have:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years.
  • Experience with P2D (Plan to Deliver) and / or O2C (Order to Cash) business processes in a highly regulated industry with a proven track record demonstrating the ability to adapt and use technology to meet business process needs.
  • Experience analyzing current business and technical processes for an assigned area to determine where system updates or new systems are needed
  • Experience in coordinating Business and DT Teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, and reporting outputs. Entails writing detailed specifications for enhancements to fulfil requirements, then execution of Users acceptance with system testing and establishment of system techniques and controls (standard work and data governance guidelines)

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • MS O365 products including Microsoft Teams
  • Working knowledge of SAP GUI scripting
  • Experience with incident systems such as Service Now
  • Aerospace and Defense/MRO experience
