Johnson Maserati / Alfa Romeo of Cary has the exciting opportunity to expand our team. We are adding Full-Time Automotive Service Technicians! We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented, confident individual with a positive attitude to join our service team. Bring your strong work ethic and desire to succeed and we will offer you training and give an opportunity to advance your career within our organization.

We will Fast-Track technicians into the Master Technician training program.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Receive repair orders from advisor or dispatcher;
  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards;
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform necessary repairs;
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • ASE Certification preferred;

Safety Matters: all employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of a Background Check, Drug Test, and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
