Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a growing team, dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional care to our patients
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and family members
  • Collaborating with facility staff to ensure exceptional care for our patients
  • Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals
  • Treating patients, addressing their concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
  • Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care, and resetting goals
  • Completing timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
  • Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
