Summary of Position

This position is responsible for all inbound/outbound communication and assignment of service and rental scheduling, equipment processing and job readiness and in compliance with DOT regulations and company rules, guidelines and policies. The position requires discretion and independent judgment and decision making for appropriate equipment selection and deployment per customer job requirements and the needs of Graco field supervisors.


Essential Functions

  1. Coordinating, scheduling, and communicating information to shop and field personnel, as well as organizing and tracking relevant information according to customer demands.
  2. Preparing forms from billings, statements, invoices receipts, or vendor data, including processing tickets and entering details for customers using different billing procedures. 
  3. Maintaining paperwork and entering Purchase Orders for manager approval as needed.
  4. Keeping proper record of all jobs in work log according to established guidelines.
  5. Answer incoming phone calls and/or inquiries, maintaining and providing positive and effective service to both internal and external customers. Planning for shipping and delivery to ensure orders are properly handled. 
  6. Coordinate Daily Job Logs for daily reporting.
  7. Contains the ability to identify downhole tools needed for operations to confirm accurate requirement for jobs. 

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications  

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year oil and gas experience
  • Previous dispatch experience or related work required
  • Weekend and after hours work required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with others in a team environment
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Basic computer skills with ability to function in a Windows-based environment
  • Must be knowledgeable of the store's geographic operating area.
  • Must be willing/able to pass a background screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
  • Must have clear driving record and authorize Graco to review.
