Job description

Drug & Alcohol Collector / Administrative Assistant (Float Position)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Drug & Alcohol Collector / Administrative Assistant to join our team in a float position.

The successful candidate's home base will be our Janesville location; however, this role will also require regular travel to our Madison office to provide coverage during scheduled vacations and an upcoming maternity leave later this year. The position involves performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and collection-related duties at both locations.

Because this role requires frequent travel between Janesville and Madison, candidates should carefully consider the commute requirements before applying. Applicants residing in the Beloit area or locations farther south may find the travel demands challenging.

We are looking to hire for approximately 30 hours per week. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday – Friday. We will train if you have no previous experience. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be able to do 1 week of training at our Madison location. As a family first company we will do everything we can to work with your schedule! We don’t do nights or weekends and we always have time off for the Holidays!

That being said- We are a small company so being on time and reliable is non-negotiable!

This role requires clear thinking, good judgment, and the ability to adapt and ask good questions!

We are looking for someone who can stay focused during busy testing periods, think through situations calmly, and use downtime wisely without needing constant direction. You should be comfortable accepting feedback that helps improve your work, without taking it personally.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST INCLUDING THC.

Duties

  • Drug and alcohol testing of customers
  • Handling urine, hair, oral fluid for testing
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Daily cleaning, inventory
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Scheduling physicals, blood draws, and DNA collections
  • Attention to detail is VERY important
  • Must be able to work independently and be able to stay on task
