Job Description:

  • Job Title: Regional Sales Account Executive
  • Salary: $120,000 base + commission
    • Sales Executives earn commission based on Contract Value as confirmed by the CFO at the time of contract execution. Commission is 5% of Contract Value for New Clients and is variable; no cap. Commission is triggered by the first customer payment and paid as a single lump-sum on the next full payroll cycle. Detailed Sales Commission Policy will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team upon request.

Job Summary:

Indigenous Pact is currently seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Account Executive to help us advance healthcare initiatives with American Indian and Alaska Native Tribal partners. This impactful role will work closely with departmental leadership across Indigenous Pact to meet the organization's client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Regional Sales Account Executive will navigate complex scenarios, utilizing cultural sensitivity and literacy to engage and close with Tribal entities. This includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans informed by significant datapoints. Essential Job Functions:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficient understanding of the healthcare industry, with niche expertise in Tribal healthcare.
