Family Medicine Physician Alaska Practice Highlights Work-Life Balance: Four clinical days plus one dedicated administrative day with no nights, weekends, or after-hours call. Up to 25% remote telehealth available for continuity patients. Culture & Support: Join a collaborative, mission-driven Family Medicine team alongside pediatricians, APPs, RNs, case managers, and specialists committed to exceptional patient care. Desirable Practice Setting: Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine in a 100% outpatient setting with patient panels capped at 1,300 patients to promote continuity and physician sustainability. Optimal Patient Volume: Typical schedule of 12-16 patients per day with protected administrative time to focus on patient follow-up and care coordination. Ideal Work Environment: State-of-the-art outpatient clinic with onsite CT, X-ray, mammography, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, dental, optometry, and collaborative pediatric support. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary based on experience with additional earning potential through quality incentives. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 relocation assistance available.
