Alaska Glacier Seafoods (AGS) is a family owned and operated fish buying and processing company located in our beautiful state capital of Juneau, Alaska. AGS has been buying, processing, and shipping high quality, wild caught fresh and frozen seafood since 1996. AGS processes Halibut, Salmon, Rockfish, Pacific Cod, Blackcod, Sea Cucumbers, Crab and Shrimp, which are packaged and shipped worldwide.

Our Delivery Driver is the friendly face of our company for local deliveries and one of the team members who connects with our customers the most. This is a great role for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No two days are the same-one day you might be driving and delivering orders or shopping, and the next you could be helping stock and support AGS plant operations. We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and enjoys jumping in wherever they're needed to help the team succeed.

Responsibilities ><(((*>

  • Local and airport deliveries, including Saturdays
  • Stock/maintain propane daily
  • Conduct daily replenishment of vending machines
  • Shopping for supplies
  • Organize and properly package supplies in totes
  • Conduct daily mail runs
  • Maintain vehicle appearance and keep fueled
  • Cash handling
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications ><(((*>

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred (18 years or older).
  • Current Alaska Driver License with clean record.

Training / Skills:

  • Acts responsibly with integrity and trustworthiness
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Follows instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Physically able to lift and carry/move up to 50-80lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in basic Mathematics
