About the team:
The Alarm Central team monitors security and life-safety alarm systems to protect associates, customers, and facilities. Collaborating closely with field leaders and internal partners, the team ensures timely and accurate responses to alarm events. Members investigate activations, coordinate emergency services, and manage escalations consistently. The team operates in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation. Their work supports safety and security across multiple locations, contributing to a secure environment through adherence to established protocols and standards. This dedicated team plays a vital role in safeguarding people and property.
What you'll do:
  • Investigate and respond promptly to alarms by dispatching security patrols or notifying emergency services as required.
  • Assist associates during safety or security events, ensuring their well-being and travel security.
  • Monitor multiple systems continuously to identify potential risks and coordinate appropriate corporate responses.
  • Compile and maintain accurate daily and incident reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide backup and on-call security support as needed, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners to achieve safety and security objectives.
  • Uphold ethical standards and company values while promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven knowledge of fire alarm systems, life safety systems, and security systems, including NFPA 72 and related codes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
