Job description

All-Tech Manufacturing

1477 Industrial Parkway Akron, Ohio 44310

Location: Akron, OH


Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

All-Tech Manufacturing is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Polisher. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in manufacturing. No prior polishing experience is required—we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Polish, deburr, and finish precision machined metal parts to customer specifications.
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and other surface imperfections.
  • Operate hand tools, grinders, buffers, sanders, and other finishing equipment.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and surface finish.
  • Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Handle parts carefully to prevent damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with production and quality personnel to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
