We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a strategic airport asset management workstream focused on asset information governance, asset management policy & strategy development, asset register frameworks, and Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) standards. The role will provide overall direction for establishing a structured and sustainable approach to managing airport asset information, including asset registers, taxonomies, data governance, criticality, and risk frameworks.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience within the airport or aviation sector, particularly involving airport infrastructure and facilities.
  • Extensive experience in asset management, asset information governance, or enterprise asset management.
  • Proven experience developing asset management policies and strategies.
  • Experience establishing asset register frameworks, asset hierarchies, and taxonomies.
  • Strong experience developing asset data governance frameworks and standards.
  • Experience defining Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) configuration standards.
  • Experience developing asset criticality and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex asset management or asset information transformation initiatives.
