SUMMARY OVERVIEWย ย ย 

The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely and promptly transporting passengers between various airport locations. The driver must follow strict schedules to ensure passengers reach their destinations on time while maintaining safety and comfort. Duties also include assisting with luggage and answering passenger questions about airport facilities and services. Regular vehicle maintenance checks and reporting any issues or delays to the transport team are essential parts of the job.ย 

RESPONSIBILITIESย ย 

  • Safely transport passengers between terminals, parking lots, and other airport locationsย 
  • Operate various types of shuttle buses and vehicles in a safe and efficient mannerย 
  • Adhere to all traffic and airport regulations while drivingย 
  • Assist passengers with embarking and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safetyย 
  • Handle passenger luggage with care during loading and unloadingย 
  • Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle at all timesย 
  • Provide passengers with information about airport facilities and servicesย 
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issuesย 
  • Keep accurate records of travel routes, passenger counts, and schedulesย 
  • Respond professionally to passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer serviceย 
  • Coordinate with airport staff and other drivers to manage traffic and parking challengesย

QUALIFICATIONSย ย 

  • 18 years of age or olderย 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.ย 
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.ย 
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)ย 
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including theย useย ofย electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devicesย 
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansย 
  • Pass a background check and drug screenย ย 
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).ย 
  • Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidaysย ย
