In these situations, they must quickly adapt shift assignments, communicate real-time updates to ramp agents, and coordinate closely with airline operations and ground control to minimize delays. Clear communication, decisive problem-solving, and strong leadership are essential to ensure both safety and timely aircraft turnaround. Effective supervisors also debrief teams after such events to review lessons learned and improve future responses.

These competencies are crucial to ensure efficient, safe, and timely ground handling operations in a high-pressure airport environment.
