General Manager - Lambert Intl Airport
Location: St. Louis Lambert International Airport, St Louis, MO, 63145
Position Overview
The General Manager at St. Louis Lambert International Airport will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the efficient, safe, and customer-focused management of airport facilities and services. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in airport operations, stakeholder engagement, and team management to drive continuous improvement and support the airport's mission to serve the community and aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Deposits and daily cash reports are being made and sent to accounting department for audits. Ensure all paperwork gets sent to office on weekly basis

  • Oversee daily airport operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance airport services, infrastructure, and overall passenger experience.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of airport staff and department managers.
  • Collaborate with airlines, government agencies, tenants, and community stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are rigorously maintained and updated as necessary.
  • Drive initiatives related to sustainability, innovation, and technology integration within airport operations.
  • Represent the airport at public meetings, industry conferences, and with media as required.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
