Job description

Lead PSA technical areas, including engine performance, operability, system-level modeling (SOAPP, NPSS), and control system understanding.

Independently execute, review, and validate PSA analyses and models, leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when appropriate.

Coordinate test cell performance trend monitoring, correlation, EagleNet case management, and communications with CTS.

Engage airlines, lessors, and field representatives while safeguarding Pratt & Whitney IP.

Lead discussions related to fleet surges, mission analysis, EC impacts, and engineering studies.

Main point of contact for program communications and status. Provide a status update in the EDSIT and SPIT forums.

Contributes to the development of goals of the discipline and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).

Guide early-career engineers and foster a collaborative, learning-focused team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 8 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 5 years of engineering experience.
  • Experience in Propulsion System Analysis (PSA).
  • Technical leadership experience.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
