Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, maintain, and support software applications, services, and systems, ensuring they deliver business value and are fully prepared for operational use.
  • Ensure application resiliency, stability, security, and data protection by implementing robust engineering practices, proactive monitoring, and adherence to organizational and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership for engineering teams and contribute to the definition, design, development, integration, test and documentation of the product and its features in alignment with established technology and architectural standards.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or a related technical discipline.

  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript with experience building and supporting scalable enterprise applications.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting microservices, distributed systems, and API-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services, containerization technologies such as Docker, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience implementing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or similar technologies.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps-based delivery practices.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, including secure software development practices, vulnerability management, security compliance, software supply chain security, and application/platform security.
  • Experience operating and supporting production environments, including managed services such as Amazon OpenSearch, ElastiCache/Redis, and MSK/Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence practices.
  • Experience participating in on-call rotations and supporting production systems in a high-availability environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and modern engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
