Job description
- Anticipate and ensure that all ramp operations are delivered on time including fuel, ground power, ground transportation, lavatory, potable water, ice, coffee, papers and catering, etc. These items must be communicated to ramp lead in a timely manner. Follow up on service completion must be done
- Input and update reservations into schedule programs and software
- Use proper etiquette while communicating via email, radio, etc.
- Assist customers with requested services such as catering, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
- Responsible to keep department manager informed by reporting lapse in service as soon as possible
- Communicate daily briefings with updates and hand downs
- Maintain a high standard of professional appearance at all times

- Minimum of 1 year within either Customer Service or Line Service department or applicable experience
- Valid Driver’s License

- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
