Airline human resources (HR) refers to the department and professionals responsible for managing employee-related functions within an airline. This includes recruiting and hiring staff, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, handling training and development, and supporting employee relations. HR professionals in airlines play a critical role in maintaining a skilled, satisfied, and compliant workforce, which is essential for the smooth operation of airline services.
