Responsibilities

  • Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
  • Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies. Develop marketing activities and materials.
  • Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals. Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements. Provide support during project execution.
  • Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
  • Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base.

  • Team Management: May be coaching other colleagues.
  • Decision Making / Activity:
  • Work on assigned projects, likely involving design, engineering, and execution with regular supervision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing) and potentially external suppliers.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
