Operations Training/Stan Eval Support Specialist
 
Location: One of five AFGSC CONUS installations (Barksdale AFB, LA (2 BW/2 OG, B-52); Minot AFB, ND (5 BW/5 OG, B-52); Whiteman AFB, MO (509 BW/509 OG, B-2); Dyess AFB, TX (7 BW/7 OG, B-1); or Ellsworth AFB, SD (28 BW/28 OG, B-1)) 
 
 
Schedule: Full-Time
 Clearance: Secret (active or previously held/expired, not revoked)
 
 
Contract Status: Contingent upon task order award; period of performance is a base year (1 Oct 26–31 Mar 27) plus four one-year option periods, with performance beginning 26 Sep 2026
 
Position Overview
Global Solutions International is seeking an Operations Training/Stan Eval Support Specialist to manage aircrew training records, standardization documentation, and evaluation tracking for an active-duty AFGSC bomber squadron under the BSOS task order. The role requires close attention to detail across multiple sources of guidance and the ability to update documentation quickly in a dynamic flying-operations environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
·         Update PEX/ARMS or equivalent systems and review/update student and permanent party records, folders, and gradebooks per applicable AFIs
·         Administer classes and exams, coordinate crew scheduling for Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and pre-deployment training
·         Perform weekly individual gradebook checks and provide weekly readiness status updates to squadron or group leadership
·         Generate required reports/forms, including AF Form 4324, Monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summary ("Letter of Xs"), RAP reports, and AF Form 8
·         Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and leadership of upcoming/overdue testing, evaluations, and training via email, phone, or in person
·         Interpret AFIs and provide guidance on training and readiness tracking; standardize technical order libraries and mission data cartridge checkout procedures as applicable
·         Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training
 
Required Qualifications
·         Secret clearance, active or previously held (expired, not revoked)
·         Minimum 2 years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
·         Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
·         Minimum 2 years of experience in a squadron, group, or wing training/stan eval shop, or 3 years of experience in a DoD flying squadron, group, or wing equivalent training/stan eval office
·         U.S. citizenship required. 
 
Preferred Qualifications
·         Training or Stan Eval experience with another service or with ICBM units, which may be considered under a case-by-case waiver
·         Familiarity with AFI 11-202 and AFI 11-2MDS series regulations
 
Security Clearance Requirements
This position requires a minimum active SECRET clearance (or a previously held Secret clearance, expired but not revoked) and U.S. citizenship. Contractor personnel must complete clearance verification prior to performance start unless otherwise approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.
