The Opportunity

OGARAJETS is building a dedicated procurement function focused on identifying, acquiring, and repositioning aircraft for resale.

This role sits at the center of one of the company's largest revenue streams and is designed for a highly motivated deal-maker who thrives on sourcing opportunities, structuring transactions, and executing at speed.

This is not a traditional sales role. Success in this position comes from market insight, negotiation strength, and the ability to identify value where others do not.

Core ResponsibilitiesDeal Sourcing & Origination
  • Identify off-market and on-market aircraft acquisition opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of actionable deals
  • Leverage internal research and market data to uncover opportunities
Deal Evaluation & Strategy
  • Analyze aircraft value, maintenance requirements, and resale potential
  • Partner with technical and research teams to validate deal assumptions
  • Assess risk, pricing strategy, and margin potential
Transaction Execution
  • Negotiate purchase terms and structure deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle
  • Support positioning and resale strategy to maximize return
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain visibility into deal flow, timelines, and conversion
  • Continuously prioritize high-impact opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • Transactional sales, acquisitions, or deal-driven roles

  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Preferred
  • Experience in aviation or aircraft transactions
  • Background in high-end real estate, brokerage, or asset-based sales
  • Exposure to high-value transactions ($1M+)
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools or valuation frameworks
