You will assemble and test mechanical products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals. You will support production and quality teams through accurate assembly, testing, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. This is an onsite, 2nd-shift role (2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday–Friday).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Accurately perform mechanical assembly and testing using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
  • Record test results and maintain required documentation and data forms.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specifications.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; perform touch-up or full surface painting as needed.
  • Participate in lean initiatives and suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a safe, FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration schedules are met.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 0–1 year general mechanical work experience.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong mechanical reasoning.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
  • Basic math, verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand approximately 50% of the time and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to implement lean initiatives and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be available for 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) and the role must be your primary employment.
  • Subject to FAA drug screening; vision screening not required.
