Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B

You will help the organization meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals by accurately assembling and testing mechanical products. You will work closely with production, quality, and supervisory teams to support lean initiatives and continuous improvement. This is an onsite role on 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm, Mon–Fri) in the Pacific Time zone.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform basic mechanical assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment
  • Record test results and complete required data forms using basic electrical test equipment and flow meters
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives
  • Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; perform touch-up and surface painting as needed
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities
  • Maintain a safe, FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration per schedule
  • May perform lockwiring, first-stage subassembly, and final detailing on routine assignments
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 0–1 year of general mechanical work experience
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong mechanical reasoning
  • Ability to read blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications; perform basic math
  • Able to stand approximately 50% of the time and lift up to 35 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication and basic computer skills
  • Willingness to follow safety rules; role is safety-sensitive and subject to random drug testing
  • Must be able to make this position your primary employment (no second job)
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm, Mon–Fri)
