Location: Dallas, TX | Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Thurs 2:30pm-1am | Pay Rate: $26.94 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a skilled Interior Installation Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and quality.

In this hands-on role, you'll remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interior components that meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do

  • Remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interior components, including trim, carpeting, soundproofing, cabinetry, bulkheads, doors, panels, galleys, closets, and lavatories.

  • Perform installations in accordance with engineering drawings, company procedures, quality standards, and FAA requirements.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and Quality Inspection to ensure work is completed accurately and meets compliance standards.

  • Use the material tracking system to request parts, track work, and complete documentation.

  • Operate hand and power tools, fabrication equipment, and maintain shop tools and work areas.

  • Remove and reinstall fasteners, hardware, and fittings used in aircraft interiors.

  • Support aircraft maintenance activities and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Adapt to changing production schedules while maintaining quality and safety.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft interior installation, fabrication, or a related field.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

  • Experience using hand and power tools.

  • Computer literacy and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds, and work any shift.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace or aviation industry experience.

  • Familiarity with FAA requirements and aircraft interior installations.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement practices.

Pay Details: $26.94 per hour
