Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Lead aircraft-level systems integration activities across multiple ATA chapters.
• Ensure proper interaction, compatibility, and performance of integrated aircraft systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system interface and integration issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration efforts with avionics, electrical, mechanical, software, safety, and test teams.
• Support aircraft integration activities during ground tests and certification phases.
• Apply ARP4754A-compliant systems engineering processes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional decomposition and requirements allocation.
• Define logical, physical, and functional system architectures.
• Ensure consistency between system architecture, requirements, and verification activities.
• Develop and support requirements-based verification plans.
• Apply ARP4761 safety assessment principles.
• Support safety and certification efforts with regulatory authorities such as FHA, PSSA, TCCA, FAA/EASA.
• Ensure safety driven requirements are properly implemented and verified.
• Manage requirements flow-down from aircraft to system and subsystem levels.
• Perform change impact analysis and requirements configuration control
Roles & Responsibilities
• Interact with the customer to understand the requirements.
• Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs
• Directly handling technical queries from customer
• Strong Knowledge of ARP4754A Aircraft and Systems Development and ARP4761 Safety Assessment Process.
• In-depth experience with requirements management tools and processes.
• Solid understanding of cross-system interfaces and integration principles.
General Managerial Skill:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Must be self-motivated and pro-active
• Flexibility to respond to day-to-day changes
• Need to show constant dynamism and be able to manage pressure

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
