Job Description

Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Air Import department.

  • Smooth and timely freight flow.
  • Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
  • Track and trace Air Import files as required.
  • Daily monitoring of in-transit delays & update of the appropriate event codes.
  • Timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
  • Ensure documents are timely sent to outside brokers for customs purposes.
  • Always meet compliance with regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
  • Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills, work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • College Degree preferred
