Role Summary
We are looking for motivated Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality washroom hygiene services to customers across your assigned route. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and taking pride in maintaining clean and well-functioning facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
  • Travel to client sites to deliver and service hygiene equipment and washroom products
  • Perform servicing tasks including:
    • Replacing liners in sanitary disposal units
    • Refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers
    • Replacing air care cartridges and batteries
  • Ensure all washroom fixtures and equipment are clean, operational, and maintained to company standards
  • Perform power washing services using Kaivac equipment

Customer Experience
  • Provide professional, courteous service at all customer locations
  • Address customer needs in real-time and document special requests
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the field

Operations & Reporting
  • Record daily service activities using a company-provided mobile device
  • Track and review route performance with your manager
  • Ensure all assigned routes are completed efficiently and on schedule

Equipment & Safety
  • Maintain company equipment and ensure proper usage
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfort working independently in a field-based role

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in route-based service or facilities maintenance
  • Familiarity with mobile work-order systems

Working Conditions
  • Field-based role requiring daily travel
  • 4-day work week (40 hours total)
  • Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
  • Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and movement throughout the day
