We're looking for an Operations Support Manager to oversee our warehouse, fleet, equipment, tools, inventory, and facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring our technicians have the resources they need to deliver outstanding service every day.

What You'll Do

As the Warehouse & Asset Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations that support our restoration and reconstruction teams, including:

Warehouse Operations
  • Manage the daily operation of our 44,000-square-foot warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, equipment staging, and material storage
  • Improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency
  • Ensure technicians can quickly access the equipment and materials they need
Fleet Management
  • Oversee approximately 40 company vehicles
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate registrations, licensing, inspections, and DOT compliance
  • Track maintenance records, fuel usage, and vehicle conditions
  • Work with repair vendors to minimize downtime
Equipment & Tool Management
  • Maintain restoration equipment and company tools
  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and warranty claims
  • Assign tools and equipment to employees
  • Track tool accountability and replacement needs
  • Ensure equipment is clean, tested, and ready for deployment
Inventory & Purchasing
  • Maintain inventory levels for equipment, PPE, tools, chemicals, building materials, and warehouse supplies
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage
  • Order supplies and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Recommend cost-saving purchasing opportunities
Facilities & Logistics
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and security systems
  • Manage warehouse improvements and contractor relationships
  • Coordinate movement of equipment, trailers, and materials
  • Support emergency response mobilizations and special projects
Leadership & Coordination

This position supervises one Warehouse Technician and coordinates warehouse operations across the company.

While Restoration Technicians report to their department managers, this role provides direction to technicians while they are in the warehouse by:

  • Coordinating equipment returns and cleaning
  • Assigning warehouse tasks and daily priorities
  • Ensuring vehicles are stocked and job-ready
  • Managing tool accountability
  • Maintaining warehouse organization and operational standards
  • Supporting efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet, or operations management
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience managing inventory and company assets
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
