Information Assurance / Security Specialist Arlington VA (Pentagon) - Hybrid We have an immediate need for a Senior Information Assurance/Security Specialist to join our team in support of our Air Force Computer Information Security Officer (CISO) support contract located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligible) to be considered. Responsibilities include: Provide senior-level guidance, leadership, and expertise in developing and implementing the Cybersecurity Framework and the Risk Management Framework for an enterprise-level cybersecurity program. Provide senior leadership in the development of policies, procedures, and guidance for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity posture. Apply expert understanding of Federal, OMB, and DOD regulatory and statutory cybersecurity requirements. โ€ข Experience supporting DoD cybersecurity programs (Air Force preferred) โ€ข Experience leading the development and implementation of enterprise-level cybersecurity programs, including the development of policies, procedures, and other guidance documents โ€ข Expert understanding of DoD and Federal cybersecurity guidelines, mandates, and requirements โ€ข Familiarity with Air Force Cyberspace hierarchical organizations. โ€ข Experience briefing and fielding questions from DoD/Military stakeholders and senior leaders โ€ข Experience interacting with external peer and subordinate organizations โ€ข Customer/Client Relationship Management โ€ข Ability to analyze policy and doctrine and translate what is read into needs statements, requirements, courses of action, etc. โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as professional demeanor when interacting with and briefing senior military and Government civilian leadership. Minimum Requirements: โ€ข BA/BS, Masters degree preferred โ€ข At least 6 years of experience in DoD and/or Federal cybersecurity โ€ข Active Top Secret (SCI eligible) clearance mandatory โ€ข Mandatory IAM Level 3 DoD 8570/Industry Certification (Current GLSC, CISM, or CISSP) โ€ข Solid understanding of NIST 800 series standards and guidelines, related Federal Laws, policies, memoranda and current best practices for Information Assurance and System Security Work Location This position is on-site at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. with hybrid/telework eligibility. #cjjobs Marathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
