Job description

The Nascence Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Technician, the technician will perform the professional HVAC ductwork cleaning, standalone air-conditioning unit service, filter work, and ice-machine cleaning required by the PWS. The technician will provide all required service documentation to the COR.
Job Title: Licensed HVAC Technician
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Service Type: Professional HVAC, duct-cleaning, and ice-machine services.
HVAC Ductwork Cleaning
  • Professionally clean the interior ductwork throughout the building.
  • Remove all dust, mildew, debris, and other material from the ductwork.
  • Contain all particles removed from the ductwork so that building surfaces and furniture are not contaminated.
  • Properly dispose of all particles and debris removed during cleaning.
  • Submit videos of the completed ductwork cleaning to the COR.
  • Replace the HVAC air filters at the time of the ductwork cleaning.

Ductwork Cleaning Frequency
  • Complete the initial HVAC ductwork cleaning within 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
  • After the initial cleaning, complete the service annually within 60 calendar days after January 1.

HVAC Air Filters
  • Replace HVAC air filters at the time of the ductwork cleaning.
  • Replace HVAC air filters every two months, or more often when directed by the COR.

Standalone Air-Conditioning Units
  • Inspect and clean the filters in the interior standalone air-conditioning units monthly.
  • Provide professional inspection and cleaning of the standalone air-conditioning units once each year.
  • Provide documentation of the yearly professional inspection and cleaning to the COR.

Ice-Machine Cleaning
  • Professionally clean the ice machine every three months.
  • Provide documentation of each completed ice-machine cleaning to the COR.
