NOW HIRING: Entry Level Air Filter Assemblers - 1st & 2nd Shift

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturing company specializing in custom HVAC air filters for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as Air Filter Assemblers on both 1st and 2nd shift.
Whether you're looking to start a manufacturing career or bring previous assembly experience, we provide training and opportunities for growth within our organization.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday
3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Starting Pay
$14.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Assemble custom air filters and filter components
  • Follow production instructions and work orders
  • Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Work safely and effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed
