About the Role

Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth.

  • Assemblers - responsible for building and assembling air filters
  • Customs Dept - Responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final inspections (must be able to read a tape measure)

Schedule

  • Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required at times based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly Pay on Fridays
  • Starting pay: $14.00/hour (entry-level)ย with opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days
