Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for each client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared experiences among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to protect vulnerable clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our patients vary in age and background, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique circumstances that require sensitivity and tailored treatment approaches. Your expertise will directly aid individuals seeking support and coping strategies while navigating personal issues related to mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, particularly within outpatient care.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage clients and facilitate their healing process.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in group therapy facilitation and community mental health environments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
