Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. In this role, you will help health care clients translate enterprise priorities into actionable technology strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that drive growth, improve performance, and deliver measurable value. If you are energized by complex client challenges, executive-level problem solving, and leading teams through high-impact technology strategy work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a rapidly evolving sector. The health care strategy practice is looking for a senior manager to be a part of this incredible team. The work we do is real, with a real impact on the world.

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives
  • Leading engagement planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client work
  • Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development

A successful candidate would possess these skills:
