Job description

THE ROLE

The Digital Transformation Group (DTG) is looking for an early-career AI Transformation Coordinator to support the communications, community, enablement, and coordination work that helps AI adoption scale across the organization.

This role sits within DTG's AI Transformation effort and helps turn strategy into practical engagement and action. The coordinator will help employees discover and use AI resources, support recurring community and learning moments, maintain content and knowledge resources, and keep day-to-day transformation activities organized and moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Draft and coordinate internal communications related to AI initiatives, learning programs, events, and community moments
  • Support the planning and execution of AI-related events, showcases, office hours, learning sessions, and other engagement activities
  • Help maintain and improve AI resources, shared content, templates, and internal knowledge hubs, including self-service enablement content
  • Support AI literacy and enablement efforts by coordinating materials, reminders, follow-ups, and light participation tracking
  • Maintain trackers, action items, calendars, meeting follow-ups, and other coordination mechanisms that keep transformation work moving
  • Provide flexible generalist support across communications, community, knowledge management, and program operations
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 0-1 year of experience, including internships, fellowships, campus leadership, or project-based work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and ability to work both independently and with direction
  • Interest in AI, enablement, employee experience, or workplace transformation
  • Any exposure to AI tools, AI-enabled ways of working, or AI-related projects is a plus
  • Interest in modern communication and engagement approaches, including digital-first, multi-channel, and interactive formats
  • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: communications, events, community-building, content coordination, learning support, knowledge management, or program operations
