Partnering closely with the COO of Business Strategy & Development, Investor Engagement leadership, and technology partners, this role acts as both process architect and AI practitioner-moving beyond ideas and pilots to real-world automation and sustained adoption.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, deeply practical, and energized by taking manual processes and transforming them into scalable, AI-powered ways of working.

AI-Driven Process Improvement

Identify, map, and prioritize process inefficiencies across the global Investor Engagement Organization, focusing on high-impact, repeatable workflows.

Redesign workflows using AI tools, automation, and orchestration to reduce manual effort and cycle time.

Build and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled solutions that are sustainable and scalable.

Quantify productivity gains and business impact from AI initiatives.

Applied AI & Automation Enablement

Serve as a hands-on AI expert, leveraging generative AI and automation platforms.

Design AI-assisted research, reporting, content creation, and workflow solutions.

Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback.

Enhance executive dashboards through automation and AI-driven insights.

Shift reporting from descriptive to insight-led analytics.

Change Management & Adoption

Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across teams.

Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices.

Partner with technology teams to deploy AI solutions

Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance

Collaborate with Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance partners.

Help define AI usage standards and governance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

3-8 years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or automation-focused roles.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or redesign business processes.

Strong understanding of process optimization and systems thinking.

Experience with generative AI, automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
