Forklift Operator (3rd Shift)

Rochester, NY

$23.50/hr + Uncapped Overtime

12-Hour Shifts | 3rd Shift Schedule

About the Role

We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Rochester, NY. This is a high-paying 3rd shift opportunity with uncapped overtime, offering strong earning potential and consistent hours.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy
  • Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
  • Organize and store products in designated locations
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory control
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Assist with general warehouse duties (labeling, wrapping, sorting, etc.)

  • Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting
  • Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
  • Experience with shipping/receiving and order picking
