Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.
To be responsible for ensuring consistent application of the development, maintenance and monitoring of all Risk Management
activities and associated documents on multiple project scopes / portfolios / contracts. Ensure application of Risk Management process to assigned projects throughout their full lifecycles, including pre-contract phase. Provide guidance, support, and leadership of junior Risk personnel throughout their training and professional development.
Major accountabilities of position
  • To facilitate Risk workshops and develop project Risk Registers which act as repositories for all risk related information
  • To conduct Cost / Schedule Risk Analysis Workshop sessions, facilitating workshops building bespoke models and interpreting
    associated outputs for communication / review.
  • To educate, encourage and support managers and business in the use of decision risk analysis techniques on projects where
    applicable.
  • Present and provide training on a range or RM topics to internal / external audiences.
  • To ensure the timely issue of accurate, updated reports and associated documents at the agreed intervals.
  • To regularly engage with project teams, attending and contributing to project meetings as deemed appropriate.
  • To provide input to development and continual improvement in project Risk Management tools and processes as part of
    Global network.
  • Monitor application / Maintain a high-level awareness and application of Risk Management activities across projects executed
    by any direct report Risk Management personnel to ensure departmental compliance.
    Provide guidance, support and leadership to junior RM team members including feedback / PDR input / identification of
  • development opportunities etc.

Qualifications:
  • BA or BSc degree in Risk Management, alternative subjects considered can include: Project Management,
    Engineering, other analytical disciplines
  • Previous Project Risk Management experience across various projects
  • Specialist knowledge in Risk Management software (i.e., MCS software) and experienced with quantitative cost & schedule risk
    analysis.
  • Demonstrable involvement / history in the relevant project industry and / or cross-over experience from a comparable
    technical industry
