Job description

Imagen is seeking a General Radiologist to lead and elevate imaging within a premier outpatient network in the Puget Sound region. This high-impact role involves influencing imaging quality, clinical workflows, and program development while working directly alongside orthopedic and sports medicine specialists. The position offers a predictable schedule, allowing for professional impact and personal balance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide imaging quality, protocols, and program growth
  • Collaborate with and mentor a Physician Assistant
  • Perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures, including arthrograms, aspirations, and joint/pain injections
  • Perform ultrasound-guided procedures, including aspirations and sonohysterograms
  • Perform select nuclear medicine procedures
  • Perform general radiology studies between procedures
  • Collaborate directly with referring providers to support clinical decision-making
  • Influence imaging protocols, workflows, and quality initiatives
  • Contribute to program development and multidisciplinary care

Compensation

  • $500K+ compensation, plus productivity bonus
  • Up to $100K Sign-On and Retention Bonuses
  • CME and Relocation Allowance
  • Top performing Imagen radiologists can expect to earn up to $800,000+
