Channel Partners is looking for a creative and driven Instructional Designer to join our LG Home Appliance Learning & Development team. In this role, youโ€™ll bring learning to lifeโ€”designing engaging, high-impact training that helps retail teams succeed and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Youโ€™ll collaborate with program teams, subject matter experts, and creative partners to transform complex information into compelling, easy-to-understand learning experiences across digital, mobile, and instructor-led platforms.

This role requires working at the Alpharetta, GA office 2-3 days per week.

  • Partner with program teams to assess learning needs and identify performance gaps
  • Design and develop engaging training solutions, including e-learning courses, webinars, and instructor-led programs

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to translate content into effective training experiences
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for instructional design and content development, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and learner experience
  • Pilot and integrate AI-assisted authoring, content generation, and personalization tools into the instructional design workflow where appropriate
  • Build comprehensive curriculum and training roadmaps aligned to business goals
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and presentation decks
  • Leverage tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia platforms to create interactive learning
  • Deliver training content optimized for mobile devices and remote audiences
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on data and feedback
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner cross-functionally with trainers, content creators, and video/media teams
  • Support virtual and live training delivery, including train-the-trainer sessions

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience designing and developing e-learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development
  • Experience in creating both digital and instructor-led training programs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Familiarity with mobile learning platforms and technologies preferred
  • Retail or home appliance/product knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and using tools such as teleprompters or virtual platforms
