Our Sales team advocates for our products and the customers they serve. We’ve built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role addresses the complex challenge of scaling artificial intelligence initiatives across Direct Sales operations to bridge technical capabilities with frontline business needs. Navigating a rapidly evolving landscape, the successful candidate resolves operational gaps by synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data analytics, including call recordings and performance trends. Strategic roadmaps and prioritized project backlogs must be continuously aligned to ensure AI implementations drive clear return on investment while safeguarding the customer and agent experience. Through rigorous project mitigation and proactive stakeholder management, this position overcomes cross-functional silos to transition early-stage AI concepts into high-performing production features.

  • Define and communicate a comprehensive AI roadmap and prioritize the project backlog to maximize business value, departmental capacity, and ROI
  • Translate complex data sets and call trends into actionable performance insights, eliminating systemic gaps in training, staffing, and operational processes
  • Leverage advanced AI literacy to design and deploy internally driven projects that directly improve the Direct Sales agent and customer experience
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on complex project plans, mitigating operational risks and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables
  • Establish robust feedback loops with senior leadership, delivering concise, data-driven presentations on project statuses and strategic business impacts

  • Required Technical Skills:
    • AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, or Agentic AI project tracking
