  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, data teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to deliver effective and compliant AI solutions.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure solution quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to strengthen organizational capabilities and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to be on-site in Waukee, IA
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years' experience in business solutions, application development, or related technical capacity, including implementation, solution analysis and design, and solution delivery. Experience building or implementing AI-enabled solutions, experience with Agile/Scrum and rapid prototyping methodologies, and exposure to AI governance, agent management, or AI measurement and reporting preferred. Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to partner with IT Business Partners and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clearly scoped, compliant, and value-driven AI-enabled solutions, even in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, organizational functions, and core enterprise technology domains (application, data, integration, security, and network), with working knowledge of SDLC methodologies and solution development practices.
  • Hands-on capability to design, build, test, refine, and troubleshoot AI-enabled solutions, including document intelligence, AI-assisted workflows, human-in-the-loop validation, retrieval-based approaches, intelligent workflow design, and AI agents.
