Job description

You will be the A/AI Machine Learning Engineer Sr. for The Forge team. Our team delivers endtoend AI/ML solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights for LockheedMartin Missiles & Fire Control programs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the A/AI Machine Learning Engineer Sr you will be responsible for leading technical execution of highvisibility AI projects and delivering measurable value to customers.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML pipelines that address engineering, manufacturing, and businessoperations challenges (e.g., testpoint reduction, automated calibration, AIenhanced document search, computervision inspection).

  • Build and implement edgedeployed AI/ML solutions for classified, airgapped environments.

  • Lead crossfunctional solution teams using a consultingstyle project framework, coordinating engineering design, production, and business operations.

  • Partner directly with program customers to define valuedriven outcomes and deliver measurable results (cost, labor, yield, schedule).

  • Own the full DevOps lifecycle-CI/CD, containerization, model monitoring, and governance-for secure, highassurance AI in defense systems.
