Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Associate in Trust & Security Authentication Platforms and Modeling, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to enhance authentication solutions through AI/ML strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
โ€ข Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
โ€ข Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
โ€ข Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
โ€ข Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
โ€ข Collaborate with other product teams across Identity and Authentication to ensure AI/ML models are incorporating the latest signals and data.
โ€ข Explores and evaluates advanced modeling techniques, such as transformers and graph neural networks, to enhance authentication and identity solutions.
โ€ข Works closely with data science and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that address complex business challenges.
โ€ข Monitors model performance and collaborates on continuous improvement initiatives, including model retraining and feature engineering.
โ€ข Ensures compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards throughout the model development lifecycle.
โ€ข Communicates technical concepts and model outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
โ€ข Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and improve product offerings.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
โ€ข Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
โ€ข Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
โ€ข Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
โ€ข Ability to learn quickly, manage work independently, and be a team player
โ€ข Ability to engage with developers & stakeholder including - consumers, project management, upstream & peer groups
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
โ€ข Experience with advanced machine learning architectures, such as transformers and graph neural networks
โ€ข Experience working with large-scale, real-time data pipelines and streaming data
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
โ€ข Knowledge of AWS/public-cloud and Databricks
