Board of Directors and Leadership Volunteers (Multiple Roles Available)

2026–2027 Term

Organization Type: Nonprofit

Role Type: Volunteer Board and Leadership Positions

Term: July 2026 – June 2027 (renewable)

Location: Hybrid / Remote (Delaware-focused)

Time Commitment: Approximately 4–10 hours per month

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking mission-aligned volunteers to serve in Board of Directors and senior leadership roles for the 2026–2027 term. These volunteer positions support governance, strategy, accountability, infrastructure, community engagement, and long-term sustainability.

This is a single opportunity with multiple roles available. Applicants may indicate areas of interest. Final role alignment is based on experience, organizational needs, and board approval.

Roles and Functional Areas

Roles may include board officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer), governance and accountability, strategic planning and partnerships, infrastructure and digital systems, volunteer and audience development, innovation management, sustainability, and supply coordination.
