This role combines hands-on operational oversight with forward-looking leadership to ensure systems are reliable today and scalable for tomorrow. Paramount to success of the role will be the ability of the leader to collaborate, partner, and implement new policies, procedures, and applications with a Director of AI which will be a peer.

Ensure effective service delivery, establish monitoring and incident response processes, and lead remediation of capacity constraints and single points of failure.
Enterprise Applications
  • Oversee ERP (Genius), CRM (Salesforce), and other critical systems. Define architecture and integration strategy, improve system performance, and drive initiatives that reduce manual processes and improve business efficiency. Find ways to partner with Director of AI to develop in-house applications rather than continued purchasing of COTS software.
Cybersecurity & Risk
  • Lead the companyโ€™s cybersecurity program including risk management, policies, monitoring, and incident response. Support customer and regulatory requirements and guide investments to strengthen security posture.
Vendor & Financial Management
  • Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, optimize spend across systems and services, and ensure efficient use of internal and external resources.
Team & Organization Development
  • Build and lead a scalable IT organization. Recruit and develop talent, define roles and responsibilities, and implement processes that reduce dependency on individuals while improving accountability and execution.
Project & Portfolio Management
  • Oversee major IT initiatives including system upgrades, integrations, and infrastructure improvements. Establish prioritization frameworks, manage competing demands, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with clear business impact.

Position Qualifications

  • 15+ years of IT experience with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure, enterprise applications, and IT operations
  • Experience leading implementation cross departmental and transformative projects such as ERP and CRM

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related business field is strongly preferred. An advanced degree in a similar discipline is also desired.

What Success Looks Like

  • Reliable, scalable systems that support company growth
  • Embracing AI and weaving it into both traditional and new processes with Director of AI
  • Reduced manual work through better integration and automation
  • Clear alignment between IT investments and business outcomes
