Collaborating with business leaders and IT teams, you will design and implement automation solutions that ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. This strategic position not only focuses on enhancing operational efficiency but also prepares the organization for advanced AI applications that improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise automation initiatives leveraging Microsoft services to improve corporate and administrative efficiencies.

  • Design and deploy AI capabilities that provide measurable operational, financial, and productivity benefits.

  • Develop phased roadmaps for digital transformation to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and implement strategies for improvement that maintain business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management within a healthcare setting, focusing on automation and transformation.
